XLNC is back with a new hit album called Jus' Chillin. Firstly there are 8 tracks on the album. I wasn't impressed when I saw the number of tracks on the album; I think they could have added more to fill the extra space up on the cd (maybe an intro or outro!). However I do think it's worth £10 as the tracks sound fit for a Punjabi.

Firstly lets talk about the front cover. The front cover just looks wicked and it looks like a real competitor against other covers. The front cover has the pictures of the band Xlnc on it in a dark snowy sort of effect. Just one thing, why did they have to slap 'Music By: Abrar Nazir' in big letters in the middle of the front cover!!!

The first track is called Tappe (Jus Garage), and it has got to be the best track on the album. It is made to sound like the first Tappe that is on the hit album The Lick. It has good rhythm to it and the vocals of MC Metz livens it up! It is claimed to be the follow up of the track 'Tappe' on the popular album 'The Lick' which is by Surinder Ratten, It sounds more like the 'Tappe Remix' by Sahara on the album 'pn7.' However 'The Lick 2' by Surinder Ratten is soon to be released and it is claimed to also have a 'Tappe' on which is the follow up to the 'Tappe' in 'The Lick'. Which could the real follow on 'Tappe' be? I'll leave that for you to work out! Anyway, I would rate the song 10/10 as it's phat!

The second track is called Balle Balle (Jus Bhangra). The song is mixed very well but I hate the lyrics. It just messes the whole song up. They get on my nerves! However the music goes very well with the lyrics, which makes the song sound better. When I listen to the song I hear a quite a few minor glitches in it. It isn't just my album, it happens on everyone's album. The glitch spoils the song a bit and it brings my rating down. The song stops suddenly at the end with no fade out but it suits the song. Overall I would give this song 6/10!

Yaar Da Chavara (Jus Hip Hop) is the third track. This is one of my most favorite tracks off the album and the music fuses well with the lyrics. I would have liked it more if the song was longer as it is only 3 mins 34 seconds but it is a good effort by the XLNC crew. Yaar Da Chavara is a 9/10 for me!

Onto the fourth track. It is called Akhian Tu Billa (Jus Wicked). The start of the song sounds just like the start of Balle Balle (the ringtone noise). There is also a glitch in the song. Good lyrics, music and vocals makes me give this track an 8/10!

Makhan Deh (Jus Desi) is the 5th track of the album and I gotta say it don't sound desi! They could at least have added a dhol in the song! However the Lyrics are good but the music does not suite the song. It would have sounded better with a dhol playing all the way through. This is an average song with a fade out at the end. 6/10, could have done better!

Bankiye Nareh (Jus RnB) is the 6th track and it is jus RnB! This is another one of my favourite tracks. The song starts with a person saying 'Ok lets begin' and it sounds very good with the song. I found more glitches but they do not spoil the song. The DJing in the song is at its top and the rhythm is at its highest. An 8/10 for this!

The 2nd last track is Sajana (Jus Soul). I have to say the lyrics F****** sound like S***. The background music is made very well but it is the lyrics which F*** the song up. They should have put 'Tappe' instrumental for the track instead! This S*** song is given a 5/10.

The last track is Dil Ley Gaye (Jus Salsa). I hate this song as much as Sajna but I wont curse about it. It's the other way round this time, I like the lyrics but hate the background music. Why have they called it Jus Salsa, it should be called Jus crap. 5/10 again.

Overall it is a good album. I like 4 out of the 8 tracks but they could have filled the cd up with instrumentals, intro, outros or interludes. The album gets a 8/10! Good effort by the XLNC.
